Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 2025

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 14 days if: ✅ It’s unused, unopened, and in original packaging
✅ You have proof of purchase

We cannot accept opened/used products unless faulty.

2. How to Return

Email hello@onlytans.co.uk with:

  • Order number
     
  • Item(s) to return
     
  • Reason for return
     

We’ll provide return instructions. Do not send returns without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping

You pay return postage. Use a trackable service—we aren’t responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

Once we inspect your return: ✅ If approved, refund processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping charges aren’t refundable unless the product was faulty.

5. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

Contact hello@onlytans.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving faulty/damaged goods. Send photos. We’ll replace or refund at no extra cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We don’t accept returns for: ❌ Gift cards
❌ Opened/used products (unless faulty)
❌ Final sale items
